As someone who has grown up in the community and built his career on genuine relationships, Chhom treats every home as if it were his own and every client like family—because that’s what great service should feel like. After migrating to New Zealand at the age of six, he has spent more than 32 years living in South Auckland and the past 15 years working in East Auckland, giving him genuine local insight across both areas.

With 15 years’ experience in the furniture industry, including time as a store manager in Botany, Chhom brings strong sales, leadership, and customer service expertise to real estate. His background in furniture and interior design allows him to help clients recognise the true potential in every home.

Growing up in a bilingual, bicultural community has shaped Chhom into someone who connects easily with people from all walks of life. Fluent in both Cambodian and English, he values diversity, understands the importance of community, and is guided by the principles of hard work, humility, and service. Known for his approachable nature, professionalism, and willingness to listen, Chhom believes that great conversations build trust—and trust is the foundation of every successful sale.

Based at the Ray White Botany Town Centre office, Chhom is a proud member of Team Adrian, having joined forces with his former boss and long-time friend. His approach is simple: treat people well, stay committed, and do the work with care and integrity.
