Steven Hang is your local property manager, working at the Ray White Flat Bush branch. He has been in this business since 2014 and employs the essential skills and knowledge required to take care of all your property management needs.

Steven is a positive, reliable and self-motivated person, and works very effectively. He has an excellent track record of placing high quality tenants.  Steven understands the importance of finding the right people for his landlords’ highly valued investment, and treats every property and tenant search as if it were for his own home. Steven also has good knowledge of The Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

Steven is fluent in both English and Mandarin and able to work closely with a broad spectrum of landlords and tenants. This is very beneficial in the wider eastern area which has both local and foreign investment. Steven also has an eye for details and zero tolerance for any arrears
