The Unit
The unit on offer here (Unit 53) is a Canal House, sitting directly on the boat canal that runs through the resort. It will be sold fully furnished. While Unit 53 does not come with a canal berth, several of these are available for casual rent or sale at low cost from other owners, otherwise rental can be arranged through Wyndham.
The unit has been clad in colour steel on the sides and roof, and textured plasterboard on the ends, between cladding and framing timber there is a cavity to prevent water ingress.
This 2 storey unit is on the northern end of the block so the dining room gets daytime sun and the deck laps in all the afternoon sun. The well-appointed, open plan living downstairs includes a comfortable lounge which flows onto decking where you can relax canal-side and take in the views. Both of the bedrooms are situated upstairs with the tiled bathroom. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds.
